About the event
This event started as a way to commemorate rancher Alan Kirkbride's love of poetry, and to celebrate a variety of poetry and local poets in Laramie County. For years before his passing, Alan memorized a poem a year and would welcome opportunities to recite and share the meaningful magic of poetry.
